Yes, standard protective phone cases under 5mm in thickness are compatible. However, wireless charging will not function if magnetic elements, metal rings, card holders, or other metal accessories are attached to the back of the case.
💡 How do I switch my phone from vertical to horizontal viewing?
The mount features motorized automatic rotation. Gently touch the fingerprint-shaped sensor icon located on the top right corner of the mount casing, and the system will automatically rotate 90 degrees.
💡 What types of vehicle air vents are compatible with this mount?
The adjustable spiral hook is designed to secure onto standard vertical and horizontal air vent blades. It is not recommended for circular vents, thick custom vent profiles, or diagonal vent blades.
